The 9th Forum of World Alliance for Low Carbon Cities was held in Tampere, Finland from Oct.7.2015 to Oct.9.2015.
The main theme of the forum is capabilities for sustainable urban innovation and the participants included
government officials,experts and scholars, and entrepreneurs from many different countries. As a committee
member of the alliance, the president doctor Dongfang Yu from Waveguide closely focused on the theme
and introduced the application of the biology sensor technology in the hightech industry for the participants, and
had special reports for the health management and big data platform construction etc. After the conference,
based on many years of practice experience and the communication with the experts from different fields,
doctor Yu put forward views and suggestions for the status and reformof Europe health management system
which was widely accepted from participants. The government responsible persons from Netherlands, Italy,
Finland and Sweden attached great importance to the reports and solutions from doctor Yu and invited him
to visit their countries and explore the cooperation for the health management system.
